How long does it take to make your baskets?
Such a hard question to answer! I process my own splint; make all my own birch handles, rims, and maple runners. It adds up to at least one day for a simple basket. The more intricate baskets can take much longer. And . . . it has taken over thirty five years of working with ash to arrive at this stage of my basket making career.
Can you fulfill express orders?
If you can’t wait for me to make your order, I can often find something in stock that you will like. I try to keep baskets on hand that can be shipped within 24 hours if you call on a week day.
Where are you located?
I am located in the scenic Lakes Region of New Hampshire, in Sanbornton, about 9 miles east of interstate 93 and approximately half an hour north of Concord. My studio is open by appointment or chance (usually 8 am ‘til 4 pm monday thru friday). Call ahead at 603 528-5120, I really want to be here for your visit.
What is your product guarantee policy?
Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If you are not happy, call me within 30 days to arrange returning the basket and I will replace it or refund your money. The choice is yours. You must be satisfied or I am not happy.
Do you have a confidentiality policy?
Yes, I never sell or trade my customer list to anyone for any reason. Your contact information is used by me to process your order and to let you know about new items and other news that may come up from time to time. If you don’t want to be on my list, just ask to have your name removed.
